Joshua began his career at Whitesel Church Organs over 20 years ago under the guidance and tutelage of his predecessors in the business: his grandfather, Carroll Motsinger, and Norman Whitesel. With over a decade of experience under his belt and after graduating from Bridgewater College with a B.S. in Communication Studies, Joshua took full control of the company in 2007. Since that time, he has taken the company from what some would have called a small local operation, to a multi-faceted, full-service pipe and digital organ firm that services the entire nation.

Lori has been with Whitesel Music since 2007. She handles financial operations, employee relations, and ensures the continued success and growth of the company.

Dylan has been with Whitesel Church Organs since 2013. In addition to managing our piano division, Whitesel Piano Company, Dylan helps manage installations and works closely with the service team, by running point on many of our installations.

Damien began working for Whitesel in 2020, and is the sales director of our Delaware Valley region covering Delaware, Philadelphia Metro Region, Maryland Eastern Shore. A talented organist, Damien plays for Saint Anne's Episcopal Church in Middletown, Delaware.

Andrew has been with Whitesel Church Organs since 2014. In addition to learning more every day about technical repair and tuning, he is the heartbeat of the service department and assigns pipe and digital organ service calls to one of the many competent technicians Whitesel has in different regions of the country. Currently, Andrew manages a fleet of seven technicians covering churches’ needs throughout various parts of the country.

Bill Howard is a singer/songwriter, guitarist with over 20 years touring experience with various bands including Virginia-based Americana act, 'The Judy Chops.' He began working for Whitesel in 2021, and currently handles marketing, and newsletters for Whitesel Church Organs, and Whitesel Piano Company, as well as many other administrative functions.

Otto has been servicing and installing organs in the mid-Atlantic region for years. He is an expert in the field of organ repair, Otto helps us with installations, and organ repairs and service.

Serving Hampton Roads and Tidewater Virginia and Outer Banks, NC

Ralph has been servicing and installing organs since 1985. He is an expert in the field of electronics repair, and when it comes to installing a new organ, he understands the needs of each individual church when it comes to determining the perfect organ and the ultimate matching sound system.
