How It Works
We’ve rented organs to just about every situation you can think of — choirs or ensembles who needed an organ for their repertoire, churches in need of an interim organ during an upgrade to their space, schools having a Halloween event featuring the classic horror pieces on the pipe organ. And for each and every one of our organ rentals, we help our clients get the organ properly set up mechanically, and also acoustically for their space.
We offer a variety of organs that you can choose from including Viscount organs, digital organs, and yes, even pipe organs! This means that we can provide you with the organ that emits the exact sound and aesthetic you’re looking for.
When it comes to the rental fees we charge, there are a few factors that contribute to your final bill. These factors include the organ you choose to rent, where your venue is relative to our nearest Mid Atlantic location, what kind of venue the organ will be in, and how long you’re renting the organ.
In case you’re wondering, here are some reasons why those are the factors that affect our pricing. First, we have a variety of organs you can choose to rent, and they vary in complexity. The more complex the organ, the more features that are offered. And when more features are included, the organs set up and transport becomes more involved.
Venue distance is simply charged in regard to travel costs. The further you are away, the more resources it will take for us to pack, transport, and eventually pick up the organ. The type of venue you’re keeping the organ in affects the pricing because certain venues will require more acoustic optimization to ensure the organ sounds good in your space. Plus, certain venues may present hazards that need to be accounted for.
Finally, the length of time your planning to rent the organ will affect your pricing. We have general pricing for short-term and long-term organ rentals that we will be happy to run you through!
